Storage Tips

Here are some storage tips for your BBQ Aioli to keep it fresh and flavorful:
  1. Refrigeration: Store the BBQ Aioli in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This will help maintain its freshness and prevent it from absorbing other odors.
  2. Use Within a Week: For the best flavor and quality, try to consume the aioli within 5 to 7 days. Homemade sauces typically have a shorter shelf life than store-bought options.
  3. Freezing: If you want to keep it longer, you can freeze the aioli. Transfer it to a freezer-safe container, leaving some space for expansion. It can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before use and give it a good stir.
