Ingredients
1/4cupFrozen Blueberries
Milk (of your choice)
2tbspMatcha Powder
2tbspVanilla Coffee Creamer
Sugaroptional
Instructions
Start by adding a generous spoonful of frozen blueberries directly into the bottom of your glass. Pop the glass into the microwave for about 30 to 45 seconds—just long enough to soften the berries and let their juices release.
1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
Once they’re warm and juicy, use a spoon to gently mash them right in the cup. You don’t need to fully puree them—just enough to break them down and create a naturally sweet base at the bottom.
Next, fill the glass with ice. Pour in your milk of choice until the glass is about two-thirds full. Oat milk and almond milk (what I used) work especially well here, but any milk you love will do the trick.
Milk (of your choice)
Now it’s time to prepare your matcha. Whisk your matcha powder with a splash of hot water until it’s smooth and slightly frothy. Then, slowly pour the matcha over the milk and ice.
2 tbsp Matcha Powder
Finally, top it off with a splash of vanilla creamer to bring everything together.
2 tbsp Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Sugar
