Notes

Storage & Freezer

Refrigeration:

  • Store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep well for up to 5 days.
  • Freezing: While it’s best enjoyed fresh, you can freeze the dip for up to 2 months. To freeze, transfer it to a freezer-safe container, leaving some space for expansion.
  • Thawing: When ready to use, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Note that the texture may change slightly after freezing, so give it a good stir before serving.
  • Serving Suggestion: Always serve chilled, and avoid letting it sit out at room temperature for more than 2 hours to ensure freshness.
Enjoy your dip while it’s at its best (aka in one sitting 😉)
