  • 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
  • 4 tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2-3 Strawberries

Instructions

  • Start by lining a mini muffin tin with paper cupcake liners or place the liners on a sheet tray
  • In a small bowl, gently melt some milk chocolate with a splash of coconut oil until smooth and pourable. (If you’re not a fan of coconut oil, feel free to use any neutral oil like avocado or even a touch of butter)
    1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips, 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
  • Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner, just enough to lightly coat the base.
  • Next, press a slice of banana into the center of each, followed by a small dollop of creamy peanut butter then a layer on a thin slice of fresh strawberry.
    4 tbsp. Peanut Butter, 1/2 Banana, 2-3 Strawberries
  • Then, pour more melted chocolate over the top of each stack to cover everything and fill the liners. If you’re feeling fancy, finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until completely set.
  • Once frozen, peel off the liners, take a bite, and enjoy the magic of creamy, crunchy, sweet, and salty in one perfect frozen treat.
