Ingredients

  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 2 10 oz Mini Marshmallows Bags
  • 7 cups Coco Peddles Cereal
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 3 sheets Graham Crackers
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Oil optional

Instructions

  • Start by melting one stick of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

  • Once the butter has fully melted, add in ONE whole bag of mini marshmallows, stirring constantly until the marshmallows have completely melted and formed a smooth, gooey mixture.

  • Then add in your Cocoa Pebbles, mixing until they are evenly coated in the marshmallow-butter mixture.
    7 cups Coco Peddles Cereal
  • Take your pan off the heat and fold in a handful (about 1 cup) of mini marshmallows and the chocolate chips.
    1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 2 10 oz Mini Marshmallows Bags
  • Transfer these S’mores Rice Krispies Treats into a buttered 9x13-inch baking pan, pressing it down firmly and evenly to form your treat base.
  • To finish, drizzle the top with melted white chocolate, which you’ve prepared by gently warming it in the microwave with a small amount of coconut oil until it’s smooth.
    1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips, 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
  • Finally, sprinkle crushed graham crackers generously over the top.
